Non-in-person credit card transactions:

For the cardholder and fraud prevention, the following information is mandatory to process payments using Visa/Mastercard or Visa-Debit when not attending in person. 

After submitting this form Jeff's RV will process your payment within 24-48 hours. 

Jeff's RV ensures that the personal information of its clients is collected, stored, and disposed of in line with The Privacy Commissioner of Canada & the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
